Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (United States) All US orders ship free of charge, regardless of order value.
- Standard Shipping — Estimated 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping — Estimated 2–3 business days
International Shipping The Gilt Archive ships to the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
- Standard International — Estimated 7–14 business days — $28 USD
- Expedited International — Estimated 3–5 business days — $50 USD
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are outside of The Gilt Archive's control.
Insurance & Signature Confirmation Every order is fully insured in transit. Orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery to ensure your piece arrives safely. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave instructions for rescheduling or pickup.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your confirmation email is sent.
P.O. Boxes Due to insurance and signature requirements, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
Damaged or Lost Packages In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
