We stand behind the authenticity of every piece in our collection — A Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is available to add at the time of purchase for complete peace of mind.
Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Please contact us to initiate a return.

Shipping
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (United States): All US orders ship free of charge, regardless of order value.

- Expedited Shipping — Estimated 2–3 business days
International Shipping: The Gilt Archive ships to the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
- Standard International — Estimated 7–14 business days — $28 USD
- Expedited International — Estimated 3–5 business days — $50 USD
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are outside of The Gilt Archive's control.
Insurance & Signature Confirmation: Every order is fully insured in transit. Orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave instructions for rescheduling or pickup.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your confirmation email is sent.
P.O. Boxes: Due to insurance and signature requirements, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
Damaged or Lost Packages: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns
We offer a 14-day return window. Items must be returned in original condition. To initiate a return, email liz@thegiltarchive.com. A return shipping label will be provided if the return is accepted. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and approving the return. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
